Online sessions for couples and individuals across the UK and Europe.

Trauma-informed, relational and grounded support via Zoom.

If you’re looking for calm, steady help for your relationship or personal wellbeing, online therapy can offer clarity, space and understanding without pressure.

I specialise in trauma, relationship work and couples therapy.
I am particularly interested in how our nervous system responses and early attachment experiences show up in our current relationships.

What we can explore together

People come to online therapy with me when they are experiencing:

  • Repeated relationship patterns or arguments that never seem to resolve
  • Disconnection, numbness or shutdown when things become overwhelming
  • Trauma responses that affect intimacy, closeness or safety with others
  • Compulsive sexual behaviour or sexual anxiety, including concerns about porn or online secrecy
  • Identity, belonging or intimacy questions, including within LGBTQ+ relationships and diverse relationship structures
  • Grief, separation or transitions that shake the foundations of connection

You do not need to justify who you are or who you love.

How we work together

We slow down and make space for what is happening in your body as well as your story.
We follow what feels important rather than pushing an agenda.

My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred therapy with a strong trauma and nervous system focus.

After the session

If you choose, I can provide a short written summary after each session using secure, ethical AI tools.
Sessions are never recorded unless you specifically request it and give written consent.
You decide what is included in the summary.

Many people find this helps them hold onto insights between sessions rather than losing them in the noise of everyday life.

Couples therapy online

Online couples sessions remove travel time and allow each partner to join from wherever they are.
We reduce defensiveness and slow the conversation down.
We create space for both partners to feel heard.

You do not need to be in crisis.
Many couples come because they want to reconnect or prevent distance from growing.
